Scope of activities

A notary public is appointed to perform actions which the parties are obliged to or wish to notarize. The actions performed by a notary public in accordance with the law constitute an official document.

Preparation of deeds of succession certification
Preparation of signature authenticity certificates
Preparation of signature authenticity certificates
Writing minutes of the shareholders' meetings and general meetings
Preparation of records of acceptance or refusal of inheritance as well as proving of a will
Drawing up of other reports, e.g. on the course of events, prize draws, etc.
Accepting money, securities, documents and data on an IT data carrier for safekeeping
Preparation, at the request of the parties, of notarial deed drafts, statements and other documents
Drafting protests of bills of exchange and cheques.
